This man right here. This effing man right here. He exemplifies hard work, tenacity, drive, heart, and passion. For two + years, he has beein working his ass off to get himself in not only a stronger state of mind, but a healthier body to walk around in. We have had the great privilege of working with him for the past year and he challenges us as much as we try to challenge him. We're so excited to see what more he is capable of and how we can continue to get better as a team.

In this business, most clients become friends but in this case, we were lucky enough to have a friend that believed in us well before we did.

I am so excited to finally have some actual attire to support .effort.coaching . I love both of these guys so much and I truly believe in them and what they're going to accomplish. In addition, I'm so glad brought us together and I've been able to witness your passion for working out turn into your dream to help others achieve their goals.
