We're feeling inspired and ready for action! Serom Sanftner and Caitlyn Lopez of EBI were at the Invisible No More: Advancing California's Direct Support Professional Workforce Summit last week. 👏

This event, organized by the California Policy Center for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, ARCA, CDSA, and CCLN, brought together leaders and Direct Support Professionals from across California. 🌄

We are energized to use the resources and tools we gained to continue advocating for an uplifted DSP workforce. The fight for pathways to success and empowerment continues! ❤
