🎨✨ Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop
Are you pregnant or parenting a child under age two and looking for a supportive space to connect, create, and heal?
Join us for a 6-week Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop where you'll explore your feelings through art, writing, movement, and other creative activities in a welcoming community of moms. No artistic experience is needed—just come as you are.
Participants will have opportunities to:
🌿 Reduce stress, anxiety, and overwhelm
💚 Process emotions and build self-awareness
🤝 Connect with other moms in community
✨ Strengthen confidence and well-being
