Meet Zagreus, Zag for short. Those of you who follow the rescue closely may have noticed I’ve attempted to name at least five dogs Zagreus(son of Hades from Greek mythology and star of my favorite video game). It’s the name I give all of the adventurous little stray dogs I find running the streets. Thing is, every time I name a dog that I find its owner. Stay tuned to find out if the pattern continues.

This incredibly cute pibble was abandoned and has spent the last few days wondering. The folks that have found him cannot hang onto him. In an effort to keep him out of the shelter, we are trying to connect them with potential adopters. He has been posted everywhere and checked for a microchip. No luck.
