Throwback Tuesday...In 2004....Developed and built a traditional semi custom single-story spec home on 9 Acres (yes, 9 Acres) of undeveloped land on the Santa Rosa Plateau, Murrieta, Ca. We placed the pad on top of highest point to maximize views. Lots of intensive grading and dirt movement, not to mention the grading for the long driveway leading up to the plateau. Hard to imagine that it was 15 years ago!
