Meet our newest instructor, Jennie! You might have already met her working at the front desk in Laguna Hills are taking a class in one of our other studios but she’s now on the mic! Jennie will be ROKing with you in Laguna Hills on Tuesday/Thursday evenings and mid morning on Wednesday plus 12pm on Saturdays in San Clemente! Woohoo! 🎉

Introducing our new class type NIGHT AT BODYROK!!!
No projector image so it’s a surprise for whats next. No usual lights except for the occasional random bright white lights that will flash on meaning you have to HOLD STILL just like the movie!
Otherwise you can use your flashlight if you need it. Can’t wait to see you all there!! 🤪🔦
