Tom Green County Constable Precinct 4
PRESS RELEASE
On Wednesday September 22, 2021 at approximately 9am officers from Tom Green County Constable Offices Precinct 1, 2, 3, and 4 executed a Writ of Possession after eviction at 1804 Walnut Street. Upon entry, Officers encountered two individuals inside the house. A handgun and an item containing suspected narcotics were observed in the immediate area where the two individuals were located. The handgun was reported stolen by the San Angelo Police Department and the item was confirmed to contain methamphetamine. Investigators with the Tom Green County Sheriffs office arrived and took control of the criminal investigation. One individual was arrested and charged with theft of a firearm and manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance 4gr-200gr.
As a precautionary measure officials with Stephen F. Austin Elementary School were notified and went on lockdown until the scene was secured.

I was honored to be invited participate with 24 other constables from around the State of TX to a focus group hosted by Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas to plan the curriculum for the Newly Elected Constables and Continuing Education for Constables. These one week classes are legislatively mandated for all constables in Texas every 4 years to maintain proficiency and build their skills.
