The Concho Valley Workforce Development Board and Region 15 Education Service Center were proud to offer the 2026 Teacher Externship, providing educators with the opportunity to step outside the classroom and into local businesses to gain firsthand knowledge of today's workforce.

By working alongside industry professionals, our teachers are returning to their classrooms with fresh ideas, stronger industry connections, and meaningful ways to help students see the connection between what they learn in school and the careers that await them.
