Day 3 of the 76th Operational Response Command’s Annual Training STAFFEX focused on deepening knowledge and sharpening staff expertise.

LTC Noack and LTC Randle led academic sessions designed to strengthen planning processes and enhance understanding of operational requirements. Their instruction reinforced the critical thinking and shared understanding necessary for effective staff ex*****on.

The command also welcomed a subject matter expert from United States Army North at Joint Base San Antonio, providing additional insight and perspective to support mission readiness.

The 76th Operational Response Command has officially commenced its Annual Training Staff Exercise (STAFFEX), bringing together leaders and staff to sharpen planning, coordination, and decision-making in support of mission readiness.

This STAFFEX provides a critical opportunity to rehearse staff processes, synchronize efforts across warfighting functions, and ensure the command remains prepared to respond to complex operational requirements. Through collaborative planning and realistic scenarios, Soldiers are strengthening their ability to support commanders and execute missions effectively.

Training like this reinforces our commitment to readiness, adaptability, and excellence—ensuring we are always prepared to answer the nation’s call.

The 20th Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, Explosives (CBRNE) Command conducted a tabletop exercise (TTX) during the annual commander’s conference at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Md., Jan. 12, 2026.

The TTX provided an opportunity for subordinate command teams and headquarters staff to examine total force requirements and identify potential shortfalls in support of real-world deployments and homeland security missions.

The 76th Operational Response Command (76th ORC) was proud to be present and contribute to discussions focused on readiness, integration, and strengthening the total force to meet future operational demands.
