Happy Easter

Late to the game on this post. Tried something new for St. Patrick’s day. Smoked the corned beef. Pulled the meat apart then stuck it in a crockpot with onions, Guinness, garlic, mustard, worcestershire, malt vinegar, lemon pepper and of course cabbage (probably some other things). After, I wrapped it all in egg rolls with geated swiss cheese and served with homemade Rueben sauce for dipping. Pretty tasty but could use some perfection with texture and presentation.
