"I like that you kind of have some autonomy with it," says Clancy Shore about his job at Sportsfield Specialties. "So if you're kind of a loner, or you like to be in your own element, you kind of can be over here and do your own thing. Margarita Alvarez enjoys her job at Sportsfield Specialties. She's been doing it for 10 years now. She particularly likes when they'll all called together to see photos on a large TV that are taken after installations at sporting facilities around the country. There's great satisfaction of having been a part of the team, she says. www.sportsfield.com
