Paul Quinn College is a 4yr private faith based, liberal arts inspired institution that was established in 1872 by a group of African American Episcopal church preachers in Austin, Texas. The original purpose was to educate freed spaces and their offspring.
Now located in Dallas, Texas, Paul Quinn has adopted the “New Urban College Model” where one of the characteristics is to help reduce tuition and fees and provide students with the ability to graduate with less than $10,000 of student loan debt.
