Meet Tércio, our IT Coordinator and Customer Support Specialist, and our highlight of the day!

Tércio works every day on customer requests passed to him through our Support team. Although he doesn’t have daily meetings with them, his work is essential to all the technical support given to our clients. This made the trip to the United States even more special.

He was also one of our team members who went to the United States and had the opportunity to meet our clients in person and learn a bit about their processes. Now, back in Brazil, he realizes that this experience has helped improve his day-to-day work and sees a significant enhancement in his communication with clients.

“The trip to the United States was very important to me! Being able to visit our clients and see them using our app was amazing! I learned a lot about them and their limitations. One thing that stood out to me was learning that some of our users can’t read. I’m very happy to know that our app is so intuitive and easy to use, with its flows, drawings, and colors, that even people like that can use it. I’m very grateful to have had this experience!”
