In this role, you will perform comprehensive residential inspections, clearly document findings in digital reports, and communicate results to clients and real estate professionals in a confident, service-oriented manner.
Key responsibilities include:
• Conducting thorough inspections of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Preparing clear, timely reports with photos and actionable recommendations
• Providing excellent client service and representing our brand with professionalism
Qualifications:
• Home inspection license/certification (or in progress), or relevant construction/trades background
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and written/verbal communication skills
