June Market Update

The market continues to shift, and every county is telling a slightly different story. While headlines can make it seem like there's one market, the reality is that Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Monterey Counties are all moving at their own pace.

We're seeing more balanced conditions in many areas, giving buyers a little more breathing room while sellers who price strategically and prepare their homes well are still seeing great results. The key right now isn't timing the market. It's understanding your local market.

Whether you're thinking about buying, selling, or just curious about what your home's value looks like today, I'm always happy to help you make sense of the numbers and create a plan that works for your goals.

Swipe through to see how each county performed in June, and if you'd like a market update specific to your neighborhood, send me a message. I'd love to put one together for you.

All In, For You.

The Salinas Valley Fair was truly an experience we will never forget. So much fun, so exhausting, a few bumps in the road along the way, but overall such a meaningful and rewarding week for our family.

Both boys sold their pigs to family and friends this year, which made it even more special. We feel incredibly grateful to have such amazing people supporting our children, encouraging their hard work, and believing in them. Your kindness means more than you know.

I didn’t get nearly as many pictures as I wanted, but honestly I think it’s because I was too busy living in the moment. Early mornings, late nights, dirty boots, tired boys, laughs with friends, lessons learned, and memories made that will stick with us for years to come.

4H is about so much more than animals. It teaches these kids responsibility, commitment, work ethic, resilience, teamwork, and how to care for something bigger than themselves. Watching the boys grow in confidence, responsibility, and their love for animals has been one of the best parts of this journey. We will miss our piggy’s 🐷 but know it’s part of the process- no pun intended!

So thankful for the friendships formed, the support we received, and the memories made at this year’s fair. What a week. ❤️
