The house is full of original artwork (over 20+ original painting from both local and national artists), a large number of English Bone China and other collectibles (Royal Worcester, Royal Copenhagen, Spode, Cybis, Poole Pottery, etc), original folk art and sculptures (some from local artists, such as John C Whitfield of Lindsborg), antique and other furniture, a studio pottery collection, Christmas, tools, and many of the other items you commonly see at our estate sales.

Since this is a MASSIVE SALE, and I couldn't get all the pictures in 1 post, please look at my previous post for the remaining pictures! Furthermore, please look at my previous posts for pre-sale items. Those are the only items that will be available for presale.

**Occupancy Limit & Parking.** There will likely be a 30 person occupancy limit inside the premise at once. The first 30 people in line can come in and shop, and when 1 leaves, another from the line will be allowed in. The house is located inside an HOA area. Please park along the street outside of the HOA and take a short walk to the house (unless picking up). Please do not park in the HOA.

The sale has probably the nicest furniture we have had yet and its all in excellent condition, including a large butcher block, wicker set, 2 king sizes beds, large drop leaf dining table, 2 country style couches and sofa seats, country style massive center console, and many other pieces of furniture. There's multiple pieces of ORIGINAL art by Lindsborg artists Marcella Oakes and Maleta Forsberg (and MANY other limited edition lithographs from other local artists). There's a large brass / silver plate / cast iron collection, a LARGE selection of ceramic and terracotta planters of every size, TONS of other inside and outside decor.. and SO SO MUCH MORE!

For sale is a 1980s Large Seth Thomas Moondial clock that is in excellent condition and good working order. It has 3 different chimes that can be played. It also has a dial showing when a full moon will occur. It was professionally serviced in 2016. It includes all paperwork, including the original receipt showing it was purchased for $1000 in 1983.

For sale are two 1890s Oak Watchmakers Country Store Apothecary Cabinets, made by Jessen and Rosberg. The large cabinet has 7 drawers, the smaller cabinet 4 drawers. The large cabinet has all organizers in 5 drawers (and 2 drawers are missing organizers), the smaller cabinet no organizers installed, but I have a large box of organizers I believe can likely be put in them. The cabinets in this condition usually sell each for quite a bit more than this to the right person. Asking $595 OBO for both. Located in Salina. Thank you!

Presale item for our next estate sale! Excellent condition high end washer and dryer set. The washer is a 2024 Speed Queen Commercial Heavy Duty Washer, model AWN43RSN116TW01. It is a top loader with a 26" 3.2 cu ft capacity. It has an MSRP of $1300. The dryer is a 2012 Maytag Bravos XL, model number MEDB850YG. It is a 29" side loader with with a 7.3 cu ft capacity, with an MSRP of $1100.

Both the washer and dryer are truly in excellent condition. They were owned by a single family household (an older individual who took great care of her belongings) and therefore rarely used. Asking $750 OBO for the set. Located in Salina KS.

The price of the 2003 Honda Goldwing GL1800 has been reduced from $6,750 to $5,500 or best offer. The bike is in phenomenal condition. If I was a biker I'd be all over this.

It currently has 74,558 miles (these bikes often have service lives well over 300K). It has 2 factory Honda headset jacks, the optionally installed 40-channel CB radio system, 2 aftermarket USB ports (one near ignition and other near back seat), aftermarket LED turn signals, and adjustable suspension. The front brake pad is new, as well as the front tire, but the rear tire needs to be replaced soon. It has an added chrome LED Goldwing ornament located on the front fender. Furthermore, I will throw in an extra spare front fender chrome bumper, Gold Wing hitch kit, and a few other various new after market parts for GL1800s (unsure if they would work for the 2003).
