Salina Babe Ruth,
I am resigning from my position as President for Salina Babe Ruth Baseball, effective 03-01-26
I have enjoyed working with the league and contributing to the development of our local players. However, due to personal reasons/work commitments/time constraints, I am no longer able to dedicate the necessary time to this role.
I wish the league, the players, and the families continued success in the upcoming seasons. I am happy to assist with the transition of my responsibilities to ensure a smooth handoff.

Two Salina Babe Ruth Baseball 18U teams, the Mid Kansas Mercenaries the Venom Elite Sports faced each other in both clubs home openers last night at Pestinger Field. In a tightly contested double header, both games went extra innings. Game 1 ended in a 4-4 tie with the Venom taking Game 2.
