Pettit Staffing is partnering with a well-established office furniture company seeking a dependable and highly organized Scheduling & Operations Supervisor to help oversee day-to-day operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role combining office coordination, scheduling, warehouse oversight, and team support.

This is a temporary to hire opportunity

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can keep multiple moving parts organized while supporting crews, customers, and projects.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Scheduling installations, deliveries, and customer will-call pickups

Coordinating delivery appointments for homes, businesses, schools, and government buildings

Scheduling installer hours and coordinating labor needs for projects

Product receiving and inventory organization

Warehouse oversight including organization, cleanliness, labeling, and project preparation

Supporting delivery/install crews and occasionally stepping in to help cover call-outs or project needs

Communicating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Some Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Comfortable working between office and warehouse environments

Microsoft Outlook experience required
QuickBooks experience preferred (training available)

Some Experience in operations, logistics, scheduling, warehouse coordination, project coordination, or team leadership strongly preferred
