📣 I know a lot of talented athletes that if they actually trained and didn't do the fancy gimmick crap, they would actually dominate on a much higher level.

But those Sports Specific buzz words suck people in. 😕

I focus on results. They always tell the truth.🥇🥇

You see, the truth is this:

- Basics attract NOTHING on the internet because the uneducated believe basics are Easy 😐

- Crazy BS Circus exercise S**t makes the uneducated think it is something SPECIAL 🤡

- The MOST important thing in sport is Sports Skill & the Ability to BELIEVE in your preparation, aka Unwavering Confidence 🏆

I do NOT train "the majority" & don’t want to appeal to the clown club

- 6 or 7% of high school athletes compete in college, and maybe 2 out of 10 compete at the D1 Level

"Simple things done savagely well"

Both quotes I heard from and ⚔️⚔️⚔️

They are applicable for Sports Performance AND Rudy referenced this to war fighting tactics.

I'm not interested in the circus tricks & lying to people with empty promises.

It's gonna take WORK. Always has, Always will.⚔️⚔️

As his time here sadly comes to a close I could not be happier for and more proud of He is finishing up his last week before moving to CA to take an internship with Stanford Football.

He will be missed here badly but is the opportunity of a lifetime and he has my 100% support!!

The once standout athlete in the gym here became and intern and then an amazing employee and now an opportunity to take his career to amazing heights!

Tyler has not only been an amazing role model to the athletes he trains here in the gym but also to my children and I’m forever thankful for his time here!!

and .price2019 you guys better not move out of town so I can make sure he at least comes back to visit!
