Today is the day we remember 🇺🇸
As a military family-owned gym, Memorial Day hits differently for us. This workout is more than sweat, reps, or times on a whiteboard. It’s about honoring the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.
At CrossFit Unwritten, we don’t run heats. We stand side by side. We share bars, share space, and carry the weight together — as one community.
We don’t care which version of Murph you do. We don’t care how you scale it. We don’t care if you PR.
What matters is showing up with gratitude and remembering the reason behind every step, every pull-up, every mile.
