Today’s cheesecake menu! The freezer sale is still active. I could make do with the thr space I have, but ideally it would make life easier if I could move about 60 more! Great time to snag up new flavors! There’s a lot of flavors left with only 1-3 remaining.

I’m spending the next 4 days baking. What do you want to see back?! Straying from the usual schedule as I’m running a personal bake-a-thon to meet goals and prepare for the Lebanon street market this weekend. New products and flavors will be loaded every day this week.

When I leased my spot last August I had nothing but a hand-me-down fridge from my parents, a mixer my parents bought me for my birthday, a shelf from my grandpa, anddddd that’s it 😆

Took me 3 months to open, and by then I had financed an oven, gotten two fridge/freezers, and prep tables, and my dad built me a counter.

With 2 months open, 2.5 months half open with a broken oven, and 2.5 months re-open I’ve got ALMOST everything I should’ve started with. 😆

About 300-350 cheesecakes/brownies/macarons/anything else away from my last piece - a register system 😆.
