How we spent our Cinco De Mayo! Enjoying and celebrating our volunteers, we are so lucky to have such a great group of people who volunteer at HART!

Every weekend, something special happens in our arena 🤍🐴 Horses have an incredible ability to meet people exactly where they are. In fact, studies show that simply interacting with horses can lower stress hormones, regulate heart rate, and promote a sense of calm .

At HART, it’s not just riding… it’s connection, healing, and belonging.

Horses teach us more than just riding- they teach us to pause, breathe, and enjoy the little things… like a quick bite between rides! 🌱🐴
