I cannot say enough good about Tim, from TandemEZ, who drive out to my son’s apartment to fix his mountain bike! It was so easy to schedule the appointment and there was a lot of availability. Paying for services was secure and straight forward. Communicating with Tim beforehand about the bike make/model and repair needs was easy (even though I don’t know anything about bikes!) On the day of the scheduled repair he was right on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely patient! My son’s bike was damaged from a previous repair job (someone who was well-intended but not so skilled) and Tim found the issue and quickly got to fixing it. Tim also gave my son some solid advice on how to better maintain his bike on future rides :)

I’m so grateful to know my son is safe on his bike thanks to Tim meeting up with him to fix his bike!
