Andy has been testing backflow assembly devices for Oregon Backflow Inc. for 12 years with his father, Dave Joslin. Andy decided to create his own business, Andy's Backflow Testing LLC., when Dave needed to retire due to health reasons. Andy's Backflow Testing LLC. is made up of just Andy and me, Andy's wife, Jessica. We look forward to serving the backflow needs of residential customers in the Salem area.
