We have partnered with to bring art to Harbor Village, our new mixed-use affordable housing development in downtown Gloucester. Selected artists/teams will be a part of efforts to celebrate the 400th Anniversary of Gloucester! The winning artists will be selected by members of the Gloucester community and stakeholders of the project.

Creative Hawthorne will have extremely high efficiency mechanical systems, high efficiency windows, LED lighting throughout, high efficiency plumbing, low toxicity building materials and integrated recycling systems.
