Originally constructed 100 years ago these 6 shotgun style homes served as work force housing. This project was one of our firm's first and it has taken a few years to get off the ground through different investors hands, but two of these are finally restored while the other four are in the process. This project was the recipient of the Brunswick Historic Preservation Board's 2025 Residential Excellence in Preservation award.
