VISION

From walking the halls of innovation to serving meals with heart—our VISION experience was full of purpose.

We toured the incredible work of , gaining insight into creative and community-driven solutions to end homelessness. We rolled up our sleeves to sort and organize donations at the food and thrift reclamation store. And we ended the day serving dinner restaurant-style to residents and families—complete with smiles, conversations, and shared humanity.

Every step was about building understanding, growing in solidarity, and learning how hope shows up in practical, powerful ways.

Beautiful reminders of our why.

As we began our volunteer journey in Phoenix, a coordinator shared these powerful words:
“Everything you touch will touch someone else.”
That stayed with us.

From packing clothing donations to sharing stories around the table, every moment reminded us of our interconnectedness—and the pressing need for compassion. Phoenix is the 5th largest city in the U.S., yet it faces one of the nation’s fastest-growing housing crises. Over 9,600 people are experiencing homelessness on any given night, many without access to basic shelter.

Our time with St. Vincent de Paul has opened our eyes and hearts. We’re not just here to volunteer—we’re here to learn, grow, and be part of lasting change.
