COMMUNITY FEEDBACK NEEDED | Billboard Variance Request

WHAT’S PROPOSED | The owners of the Allen Building are requesting a variance to convert their vinyl rooftop billboard into a dynamic digital display and add a “Welcome to Saint Paul” sign below it. City Code Sec. 64.302 requires removing other billboards when converting to digital.
The owners do not own any others, so they are requesting an exception.

The City of Saint Paul Board of Zoning Appeals will be considering a variance request to convert up to 85 percent of the Allen Building to Storage facility, rental.
