This dish has been around since the 1800s. Born in Rouen, made famous at La Tour d’Argent in Paris, and now here in Saint Paul. A whole roasted duck carved and pressed tableside, your sauce made right in front of you from our restored antique duck press. The kind of meal is worth gathering around!
