Outlaw Development

Super excited to announce - Outlaw Development was recently approved for $2.6 million in ARPA funding to go towards two deeply affordable housing projects in Saint Paul. Our team has been working hard to figure out solutions to help provide affordable housing options for the local community members including both rental and ownership opportunities. We are honored and excited to be partnering with Ramsey County and City of Saint Paul to complete our 2023-2024 projects. We are planning to begin this Fall 2023 and complete projects next Summer 2024. Stay tuned for more details and updates! .outlaw
