Unless you're a bit squeamish with needles....

Dr Jodene & Dr Mike with Crossover Physical Therapy showed us the in's and out's (get it?) of Dry Needling.
It's just one of the many tools they have to get people back to feeling good again.
We got a chance to learn a bunch about why they do what they do. They definitely have no fun at all over there :-)
