Frasier's 'Off His Rocker'

I've always been interested in wood working. After I retired, I created my wood shop with the purpose of building some interesting pieces of furniture. I found a mentor in Hal Taylor, who offered a one-on-one seminar on how to build his style rocking chair. My rockers are a riff on his original design which is based on the Maloof tradition. Sam Maloof is considered the originator of the Maloof complex joint which I employ in most of my furniture.
