Don't miss this family fun event!

The first-ever Pumpkin Dive event is kicking off on Oct. 19 from 6-9 p.m. at the WCCC Aquatic Center. Participants ages 12 and under can have a chance to dive into the pool to pick their pumpkin. The kids then get to use markers to decorate the pumpkins. Cost is $5 for all participants, includes pumpkin and decorating supplies. Admission is $1 for spectators. Participants will also get a pumpkin carving demonstration. Kids can also participate in a costume contest at 6 p.m. followed by the pumpkin dive at 7 p.m. so there will be time to change from costume to swimming gear. The Washington City Area Chamber of Commerce and other local businesses will be at the event providing FREE candy for the kids to come "Trick-Or-Treat" at the vendor booths.
