I see a lot of my peers in realestate space asking how does everyone feel about 50-year mortgages.

I have some friends in China and can’t help but draw this parallel.

I’m neither for or against 50-year mortgages, it’s a financing tool that can be used in a creative way and with the right intention and proper education it can create some opportunities.

But imagine if this became the way of the future (it may)…. What will that do to the American Dream?
