About Arend Construction

Arend Excavating is a privately owned company founded by Cody Arend and Daysi Arend starting as a small residential construction company here in Utah. Although we are just getting established here, due to growing up in a family business in Brockport New York working alongside with my father Scott Arend the President/Founder of Redman Construction Inc. a highly reputable company established in 1992.

I have over 10 years of experience in this field being a part of all major site development such as: Site & Utilities Sub-development, Commercial site work, Culvert Replacement, Multiple Phase Commercial site work, Bridge Replacement, Emergency trenching for utilities, Land Clearing, Storm Drainage, Building Pad Prep, Site Grading, Installing Roads, Basement Excavation and Backfill, Water Main Installation, Sanitary Main Installation, and Excavation for Steamlines in multiple prisons/Correctional facilities in up state NY, large scale cuts and fills for big developments, and have dug numerous ponds.

Given my background and experience we are going to start by focusing on small scale construction, small excavations, and Grading work for private and residential clients.
