📖 Day 9 | Matthew 6:25–34

Today’s reading was a reminder I think a lot of us need.

Jesus tells us not to be anxious about our lives—what we’ll eat, what we’ll wear, or what tomorrow might bring.

Then He points to the birds of the air and the flowers of the field.

The birds don’t store away food, yet God feeds them.

The flowers don’t labor to make themselves beautiful, yet God clothes them in splendor.

Jesus’ point is simple:

If God cares for birds and flowers, how much more does He care for you?

One verse that stood out to me was:

“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.” — Matthew 6:33

The future can feel overwhelming sometimes.

Jesus reminds us to focus on today, trust our Father, and seek His kingdom first.

What stood out to you from today’s reading?

God didn’t carry you through every battle, every setback, and every season just to abandon you at the finish line.
