This web-only feature aims to show recognition for our star members who have gone above and beyond in contributing to the Section's goals of promoting and enhancing the civil engineering profession in Northern IL. A new member will be highlighted every quarter to line up with the release of the IL Section newsletter. This quarter’s Section Spotlight features ASCE Region 3 Governor and past IS-ASCE President, John Lazzara.
