Very excited to announce that I’ll be joining the team at ! , Paige 🐾, and I will be packing our lives up, and moving to Jupiter in a few weeks! I want to thank all of my clients and the courses I partner with for their support, and helping me reach this opportunity. .holcroft on a hot streak right now - congrats man!
I’ve been dealing with a little glute and hip tightness, so I free-styled into this movement. It really helped a lot, but Is more challenging then you might think! The modified version would be to keep the foot on a slider, paper plate, or socks on carpet. Also, it’s hard to see, but I’m reaching my right foot as far left as I can on the way back to get a good stretch.
