Workout of the Week 💪 Bulgarian Split Squats

Build strength, balance, and serious leg power with this burner 🔥

How to do it:
1️⃣ Stand a few feet in front of a bench or box
2️⃣ Place your back foot on the bench (laces down)
3️⃣ Keep chest tall and core tight
4️⃣ Lower your back knee toward the floor
5️⃣ Drive through your front heel to stand back up

🎯 Focus: control the movement + keep your front knee tracking over your toes

Try 3–4 sets of 8–12 reps each leg
