Move To Amend

The 14th Amendment was ratified on July 9, 1868, intended to ensure due process and equal protection under the law for human beings. Yet, instead of protecting the people, the courts twisted its language to grant constitutional rights to artificial entities.
​Between 1890 and 1910, the Supreme Court heard 288 cases involving corporations compared to only 19 involving African Americans. This misuse of the law is why we must continue to build a true representative republic where rights belong only to real people, not corporations.
