Cause I felt called to share what I personally use to help decompress and live with chronic pain.
Corneacare Rest heated eye masks - these help me relax my face and drift deeper into sleep. If you have chronic pain you know what the following word means: Painsomnia ๐ค
C ๐ G + C ๐ D tincture: this has helped soothe my nerves and with how sensitive I am, supplementing with phytocannabinoids has been so helpful as studies show those of us with endometriosis/adenomyosis and other illnesses also have a connection to lower endocannabinoid tone. This can show up as GI problems, mental health issues and chronic pain.
Herbal massage mallet: this grounds me and connects me back to my body. I use it to help clear stagnant energy and tonify my body. Itโs aromatherapy is also very soothing to me.
I have thoracic endometriosis so itโs been so helpful with the chest pain I experience on a monthly basis.
Magnesium cream (Relieve your Pain) - I love how light this formula is and I loveee layering it with my own formulas cause the additions of magnesium really stops my muscles from spasming.
Giant Mugwort + castor + Arnica roller ball- this is so helpful cause I can roll it on and itโs jam packed with traditional medicines like ginger, mugwort, lemongrass and more.plus it smells incredible ๐ฟ
Plant magic pain balm - this is a full spec balm with lavender, rosemary, camphor, castor, arnica, marunggay and babassu oil. I apply this all over after a shower or a long day in the garden. ๐ชด
I also listen to โs trumpet meditation for the visuals and sonic experience to drop me deeper into relaxation.
Those of us with chronic pain need a multidisciplinary approach and Iโm so thankful I have these tools. I donโt want to gate keep cause our community is suffering enough. Hope these things help you all too. โค๏ธ

Some of our favorite cozy offerings for this chilly November morning.
You may have seen in the news small apothecaries like mine will be impacted by new legislation that might do away with the 2018 farm bill. This farm bill gave us all access to plant medicine like C ๐ D & C ๐ G.
Iโm not sure whatโs ahead but until then, Iโll still keep fighting for access and making sure my community and clients are taken care of.
Please continue to support small apothecaries like mine. Your support goes directly to feeding my family, and making sure that I can continue this craft and NOT filling the pockets of billionaires.
Hope youโre all staying cozy and taking good care. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ thank you all for almost 10 years of supporting our apothecary.
