ok so any advice would be appriciated. Many years ago I started a email account were I was sending all my cash. A couple years ago I accidentally opened up my pay pal or on my phone and someone got my numbers and then all my accounts disappeared. I have screenshots of the day it happened and pretty much know who did it. How would anyone else out there handle this situation? They stole all my s**t. Cleaned my clock.... What to do?
