Something to think about when cancelling an appointment- I’ve been more than lenient in the past but have decided that I cannot keep making appointments for habitual offenders or squeezing them in after their short notice cancellation. If you call out of work do you get paid? If they close unexpectedly do you get paid? Would you want money taken from your pay because someone’s plans changed? Would you be mad if you had an hour and a half in the middle of your day that left you at work without pay? If you cancel a service within 24 hours or don’t show you WILL be charged a partial charge from the missed appointment. Thank you for understanding.
