We are offering slabs for sheds and small structures under 600 sq ft. great for RVs, campers, sheds and tiny homes on wheels. We build with #4 steel rebar reinforced ,5.5" concrete base so it can hold heavy loads of your RVs or Camper.

Starting at.....$3000

10' x 16' - $3000 includes excavation, concrete, rebar and plastic ground barrier. Standard float finish we offer other finishes for additional cost. (Does not include aggregate to bring area to grade or removal of trees or debris at desired location. We do offer those service for additional cost)

We do not build garages or do concrete work to meet IRC requirements for structures over 600 sq ft. We recommend that you contact us for a detailed site plan ie "Concrete Slab Plan" for your location to bring to the code office for your concrete work if your planning on building a permanent structure on concrete pad/slab. We offer this for FREE and helps minimize any questions your City or Town Code Enforcement Officer might have when pulling permits. PM us for more information and or to schedule a site evaluation.

Fun end of to the week took a trip down to Rhode Island with my sisters father-in law Joe Senior to go grab the new piece of equipment for my excavation company. To explain why we made the trip you will need to understand what it wanted. Basically a steel tracked heavy duty joystick controlled skidsteer so I first went and looked at Case Minotaur but the price was absolutely insane and after doing the research they didn’t have the hydraulic flow to run a big high power mulcher and be able to cool the hydraulic fluid. So I started looking at large forestry mulchers and they were great but didn’t have a skid steer quick attach setup so one could use as a large skid steer and use the assortment of skid steer attachments available. So what I came up with is find a machine and see if I could buy without the mulcher and have my son Camden Taylor who owns RSC Inc totally Frankenstein and 100% customize our new ride to fit my envision. So today, I went and got our new piece of equipment a 2013 Rayco 100LGP this thing is insane it’s a 13k lb joystick controlled high speed and high flow rig that within a week will be out fitted to run a 6 way bulldozer blade, forestry grapple a 16” tree shear and all the other buckets and attachments available. I can’t wait to see RSC mod for us.
