Dramatic Pragmatics Speech, Language and Social Development Center

Many students thrive with a structured “plan”. What happens when we encounter a situation with less structure, like a hangout at a friends house, meet up at the park or in the neighborhood? Some of our older groups learned tips and strategies to manage unstructured social time, ending in a challenge of making up their own new game using only what they could find in our game room. This took communication, flexibility and compromise…but they were able to apply what they learned and had a blast!
