Shadowcast Fly Fishing

Couldn't resist the tides and no wind this morning! Had a big red with its back outta the water. He freight-trained my fly and pulled off a rod's length away from me. It was right after I released this snook. Cast to a few more reds and had a snook slice my 16 # tippet. Not bad for a quick 2.5 hrs outing!

A little sunset pond poonin' this evening. Jumped one, broke one off, landed one and got a nice shower for my troubles upon release! These nice rain storms over the past few days has the fired up!
