OK, I am on a new mission. Deaf/CODA network. I want to create a set of videos showing the local signs for cities in each state. I know this is a tall order. I will send Venmo/Paypal/Cash app etc to my Deaf connections for any videos they send me. (I'm not sure what's fair...$1 per city?) I think Messenger should work for sending the videos over.

CVS is rolling out a new system with the prediction that by July it will impact all stores.
The new system is that ALL pharmacy calls go to voicemail then the team finds your answer and calls you back within an hour. They can leave you a message and tag your number so that when you call back (phone tag) the system sends you to the pharmacy phone not the voice mail.
My local pharmacist said they and other stores have asked for a work around for relay callers/deaf patients. We need to hit CVS with comments to push them to get that done NOW not when they get around to it.
They have a "tag" for patients with complex prescription cases and have asked for a tag for dDeaf patients too so that they don't get caught in the voicemail carousel.
