New shoes and helper Springs are on the website! Im calling these the v3 Ghost Cat/Fusion shoe, and are extremely excited for these!!!!

The shoes are the exact same shape as the v2 shoe, but a better material. Both more durable and a better conductor.

The v2 shoe price has dropped while supplies last. Remember, they fit/work very well on a Fusion as well.

The helper springs are a thinner wire, and are not really here to add tension. Although they add a tiny bit. What they do, and do well, is hold the brush in the proper attitude against the comm. This creates much better power! They are not always needed, but when you see a lot of arcing, or the brush bouncing, you will need them. Simply add it over top of the stock brush, and place the cap over both of them.

Im heading to the Midwest Championships, so wont be able to fill orders until next week. If you're at the races, I'm bringing some with me so Bob will have access to them.

Beth is all done, and I actually had her on my track to shake her down. I don't like to put Neo or Unlimited cars on my track anymore, as they tend to pull up the rails. But, I just couldn't wait anymore!

Track record is a 1.391. I went 1.405, and wasn't completely setup as the car is still a tad high. So I'm extremely happy with how she's running!

I'm actually scared to pull the trigger on my track, as she just wants to go, and my table is only 14.5' with sweepers at both ends to shorten it even more. Cannot wait to get this car on a long track!

Got her mostly completed tonight!!! Built the shunts, installed the springs & barrels, set the motor in, deepened the guide slot, installed the guide pin, added the brushes, tweaked the shoe springs, and lightened the rear of the chassis a tad.

She's on the break-in box now, and sounds ANGRY!!!!

Front and rear ball bearing axles, and pinion are last steps, maybe tomorrow.

Anyone wanna name her? Let's see some ideas 😃
