Started training my 13 yr old client, Jack, a couple months ago. The amount of progress he’s shown over that span is awesome to see. He’ll be ready to take on 8th grade football in no time! It’s important for kids to learn proper form early in life to set them up for success and prevent injuries 💪🏻
