As a Master Personal Trainer and Certified Group Fitness Instructor, I’ve spent over 15 years helping people transform their lives through fitness—both in 1-on-1 training and group classes.

Fitness has been my passion, my community, and my lifestyle.

Aside from my love for fitness, I also hold a PhD in Psychology and work full-time as a Real Estate Broker.

Fitness has helped me manage the challenges of a busy life, and I strive to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all my clients—whether you're looking to let go of everyday stress or feel more energized and strong.
